Welcome to the IHSA State Football Championships at Huskie Stadium–November 29-30, 2013
2 days, 8 games, 16 teams, thousands of football fans from across the state, and YOU!
Before and after your game, you and your fans will have your own tent on the west side of Huskie Stadium where you can gather before the game and celebrate afterwards. IHSA Destination DeKalb and the DeKalb County Convention and Visitors will also host the main tent where you can join our community hosts to warm up, pick up visitors guides, coupon books and maps of the area.
After the games, we hope that you will explore DeKalb County’s contemporary culture and countryside charm. You’ll get to experience game day at Huskie Stadium the home of the Northern Illinois Huskies and enjoy the beauty of the campus. We have historic shopping districts, a retail corridor on Route 23, and many unique places to eat and explore during your stay. If you have questions about hotels, restaurants, shopping or the area please contact the DeKalb County CVB at 877/335-2521 or visit dekalbcountycvb.com.
